A primary reason for rescheduling the fair to 2023 was the wellbeing of participants travelling to Formnext + PM South China, given the pandemic’s status evolving across the country. In this decision, the organisers remain focused on creating a favourable environment for in-person business encounters that stimulate the trade and sustainable development of the additive manufacturing, powder metallurgy and advanced ceramics sectors in South China. With key stakeholders and exhibitors voicing their support of the postponement, the organisers are now turning their attention towards confirming a new timeslot in 2023.
Formnext + PM South China is a leading event for manufacturing in China, covering advanced technology and equipment categories, including additive manufacturing, powder metallurgy and advanced ceramics-related materials, designs, software and processing technologies. Jointly organised by Guangzhou Guangya Messe Frankfurt and Uniris Exhibition Shanghai Co Ltd, the 2021 fair attracted 199 renowned brands showcasing their latest products and solutions and 9,330 visitors to participate.
